Practical information

The “Institut d’Etudes Scientifiques de Cargèse” is located 20 minutes’ walk from Cargèse village. Students attending must attend the whole school.

Accommodation for the students will be provided at the IESC or in the Cargèse village (private or shared apartments).

Cargèse is located 50 km from Ajaccio (1 hour drive) and is accessible through Ajaccio airport. Transport by bus will be organised from the airport to Cargèse on the evening of Sunday, March 29 and back to the airport in the morning of Saturday, April 4. Your flight should be scheduled to arrive in Ajaccio before 18.30 on Sunday and your flight back should be scheduled after 10.30 on Saturday morning if you plan to take the bus.

If you cannot take the bus, you will have to reach Cargèse by your own means and at your own costs.
