On 10 April 2025, CONNECT-NM held its Brokerage Event in Brussels, bringing together researchers and stakeholders from across the Euratom community to present project ideas and showcase capacities. The event offered a dynamic platform for matchmaking and collaboration-building in anticipation of the next phase of the Open Call for Projects.
Participants had the opportunity to present project ideas submitted during the first phase of the call, while a selected number of organisations shared their expertise and research capacities. These exchanges helped identify synergies and strengthen the foundation for future consortia.
In the two days leading up to the Brokerage Event, Project Idea Proposers engaged in one-on-one meetings with Research Line Leaders and advisors to discuss the content and potential of their proposals. These sessions provided valuable, non-binding recommendations to help refine and prepare submissions for the upcoming second phase.
